Abstract
研究目的:
為防杜新型流感期間群聚感染,以提升國軍官兵疫苗接種意願,本研究運用健康信念模式(Health Belief Model, HBM),探討國軍衛生部隊官兵對新型流感的知識、態度及疫苗接種意願之相關影響因素,以作為國軍未來推動預防保健接種政策及健康促進之參考依據。
方法:
以問卷方式進行調查,問卷區分為六個部份:分別為人口學特性、新型流感疫情及接種疫苗基本知識、健康信念各變項、疫苗接種態度、接種意願及種類。針對研究對象680位調查,計回收587份,回收率為86.3%。
研究結果:
一、 研究對象對新型流感基本知識答對率平均77.95%。
二、 研究對象新型流感基本知識對於罹患性認知、嚴重性認知、利益性認知、行動線索、疫苗接種態度及接種意願皆有達到顯著正相關(p<0.001),其中以對新型流感疫苗接種態度與接種意願相關性最高(r=0.729)。
三、 研究對象新型流感的基本知識、各項健康信念及疫苗接種態度間,可共同解釋對新型流感接種意願總變異量的53.1%。
結論:
未來之研究,在時間及經費的許可下,可擴大研究對象擴充至全軍,作深入探討及推論,以提供國軍基層官兵推行衛生教育及各軍司令部政策制定的參考價值。
