Abstract
心血管相關疾病(cardiovascular disease, CVD) (腦血管疾病、心臟疾病及高血壓)仍居台灣地區十大死因之第二、三及第十名。動脈粥狀硬化是冠狀動脈心臟病、中風的原因。研究顯示亞洲人食用大豆相關製品具有較低的CVD發生率。納豆含有強纖維蛋白溶解能力的納豆激酶(Nattokinase;NK)。本實驗的目的是探討納豆萃取物對老鼠的血液粘度、血脂質、肝臟脂質及抗氧化酵素活性等心血管疾病危險因子的影響。70隻雄性之Sprague-Dawley (SD)大白鼠,隨機分為5組,負控制組食用正常飼料,正控制組及納豆組給予高脂/高膽固醇飲食。結果:中倍劑量納豆組(31.26 mg /天)血清介白質-6(IL-6)改變量顯著下降;高倍劑量納豆組(104.2 mg /天)攝食利用率顯著降低,而GSH/GSSG ratio與餵食週數呈顯著正相關;中及高倍劑量納豆組(31.26 mg, 104.2 mg /天)肝臟TC顯著下降。由本實驗得知食用未純化納豆萃取物,可降低血清IL-6及肝臟TC,對降低心血管疾病有正面的功效。
