Abstract
一名國一女學生因情緒持續低落,甚至出現自傷行為就醫,原被家長懷疑罹患憂鬱症,經醫師評估後卻發現,問題核心並非單純的情緒困擾,而是長期未被察覺的「注意力不足過動症(ADHD)」。醫師指出,這類孩子外表安靜、不影響他人,較不易被察覺,卻可能在升學壓力增加後逐漸累積挫折,進而引發情緒問題或自傷行為表現出來。
