Abstract
因為人類的皮膚具有表皮作為天然屏障,欲將生長因子輸送到更深的傷口通常相當具有挑戰性,這些容易對慢性傷口癒合的治療效果造成影響。慢性傷口的有效癒合也需要充足的血液流動。因此,解決這些問題至關重要。在目前可獲得的生物醫學材料中,定製的水凝膠有利於轉譯醫學。然而,這些水凝膠的機械性能不足,不利於生物醫學上的用途。
冷大氣等離子體 (CAP) 具有強大的交聯/聚合能力。 CAP 的特徵在於光譜學以識別激發的輻射和物種(羥基和紫外線)。 CAP 用於聚合吡咯(生成 Ppy)和交聯聚合物(Ppy、透明質酸 (HA) 和明膠 (GEL))作為慢性傷口的多元敷料 (CAP-Ppy/GEL/HA),用於加入治療性血小板蛋白(PPs)。在此,評估了開發的 CAP-Ppy/GEL/HA/PP 複合物的物理化學和生物學特徵。 CAPPpy/GEL/HA/PPs 對體外傷口癒合有積極影響。此外,CAP-Ppy/GEL/HA 複合物對驅動熱休克蛋白表達的病灶具有改善的機械性能、治療緩釋/保留效果以及近紅外 (NIR) 驅動的光熱高熱效應。 (HSP)具有抗炎特性,可促進體內糖尿病傷口的修復。綜合以上體內和體外結果支持使用 CAP-Ppy/GEL/HA/PPs 進行糖尿病傷口再生。
