Abstract
前言:全球暖化下的氣候變遷帶來許多衝擊,造成的影響除了強風、暴雨、空氣及土壤污染等環境問題之外,病毒流行區域改變、生物的多樣性及糧食危機也都是全人類必須面臨的問題。故本研究期望找出台灣各縣市地區的溫度及雨量對於桿菌性痢疾/腸病毒之健保門診及住院就診人次的影響,以及病毒可能發生之地理分佈特性。並將研究結果所得的高風險區域之資訊提供至政府機關,以利日後進行疾病預防及相關措施的擬定。降低個案數的發生,維護國民的健康安全。
目的:探討台灣氣溫及雨量對於腸道疾病之影響。
方法:本研究所使用的氣象因子資料以中央氣象局氣象監測站所提供之氣溫(各縣市月平均溫度)及雨量(各縣市月平均雨量)作為研究數據。在疾病研究資料方面則使用疾病管制署開放資料,以確認發病區域、報告日期、通報疾病名等資料欄位,並搜集國內外文獻了解傳染性流行病(如桿菌性痢疾/腸病毒)相關的風險因子。
結果:使用簡單線性迴歸分析,以桿菌性痢疾確診人次作為參考組,分析出的統計結果顯示,在95%信賴區間水準下,平均溫度、最高溫度、最低溫度及雨量之氣候因素,和桿菌性痢疾確診人次及腸病毒之健保就診病例數沒有顯著差異(P>0.05)。
結論:本研究顯示氣溫及雨量與桿菌性痢疾和腸病毒之發生無統計上的顯著差異。
