Abstract
本研究的目的是分析和模擬,利用有限元方法分析冠脈支架擴張和人體動脈血管中的血流動力學現象。冠狀動脈心臟疾病是世界上最常見的死亡原因。有三種方法用於治療狹窄冠狀動脈:經皮腔內冠狀動脈成形術(PTCA)、冠狀動脈內支架植入術(ICSI)與冠狀動脈搭橋手術。動脈粥樣硬化是頸動脈狹窄的一個主要因素。它會生成纖維內膜動脈脂肪斑塊。當動脈粥樣硬化發生,可能導致腦卒中風或心肌梗死。重要的是要了解人類血管系統中支架擴張的效果和血液流動的現象。在目前的研究中,過程可以分為兩部分。首先,通過SolidWorks的繪圖軟件構建冠狀動脈支架模型和模擬三維有限元分析研究(分析軟件ANSYS)。本論文之模型包括兩部分:血管支架和氣球導管。支架引起的塑性變形,其材料特性和被球囊導管釋放後收縮的壓力所產生的反壓情況。此論文之目的是學習與探討球囊導管擴張後支架撐開與血管收縮後支架回壓的狀況。根據模擬模型的結果,可於支架設計發展時作為參考。最後並討論支架材料與血管應力之關係,得到 (Y_3 ) ̂=0.155+(1.798E-13)∙X_1-(2.350E-10)∙X_2 之關係示。
