Abstract
本研究目的在於改善細菌感染對於鼻竇炎治療與骨癒合造成之不良影響,目前針對細菌感染主要治療方式為使用抗生素達到殺菌之效果,但過於頻繁地使用抗生素將使細菌產生抗藥性,隨著細菌抗藥性之提升,將使用更高劑量之抗生素才可達到相同抗菌效果,因此開發新式之抗菌材料將會是一項重要之工作。本研究採用奈米銀粒子做為新式抗菌之材料,並於奈米銀粒子表面上包覆一層特殊蛋白脢,依據細胞表面所擁有之受體使奈米銀粒子可進入細胞內。本研究透過MTT細胞毒性測試與抗菌實驗選擇最佳抗菌奈米粒子之濃度、奈米粒子於細胞中之分佈情形將藉由相同粒徑大小之量子點包覆相同之蛋白脢進行觀察,藉由本研究結果開發出低細胞毒性之抗菌奈米粒子,並且具有進入擁有表皮生長因子之細胞得能力,進而殺死位於細胞之中的細菌。
