Abstract
研究目的
虛擬實境(Virtual Reality, VR)技術因其高度互動性與沉浸式模擬體驗,在教育領域中被廣泛應用。先前研究表明VR在醫學及牙科專業培訓中可顯著提升學習成效。特別是在專業技能訓練方面,VR技術能夠提供近似真實的操作環境,使學習者能夠獲得更直觀且高效的學習體驗。本研究開發了一套行動VR學習系統,旨在幫助口腔衛生學系的學生探索虛擬牙科治療椅環境,學習牙科器械操作,並理解臨床情境。研究目的為比較VR教學法與傳統教學法在學習成效上的差異,同時探討技術接受模型(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)中的感知易用性(Perceived Ease of Use, PEOU)與感知有用性(Perceived Usefulness, PU)對學習成效的影響。
研究材料與方法
本研究採用隨機對照試驗(Randomized Controlled Trial, RCT)設計,招募來自臺北醫學大學口腔衛生學系的48名學生作為研究對象。參與者隨機分配至VR學習組(15分鐘VR學習課程,n=24)或教師主導示範教學組(15分鐘講授課程,n=24)。研究使用自行設計的問卷進行評估,問卷涵蓋三個部分:知識測驗、自我效能評估,以及與技術接受模型(TAM)相關的因素分析。問卷經專家審查後,其內容效度指數(Content Validity Index, CVI)達0.978,內部一致性信度(Cronbach’s alpha)為0.88,顯示具有良好的信效度。
 
研究結果
研究結果顯示,VR學習組在知識測驗的分數提升幅度顯著高於傳統教學組(p = 0.0013),說明VR學習能有效促進學生的知識獲取。然而,兩組學生的自我效能評估分數皆有所提升,但組間差異未達統計顯著性。此外,技術接受模型(TAM)分析結果顯示,感知易用性(PEOU)對感知有用性(PU)具有顯著的正向影響(p < 0.001)。在知識與自我效能的關聯性方面,數據顯示兩者之間存在相互影響的關係(p = 0.0191; p = 0.0050)。然而,PEOU與PU與知識或自我效能之間並未呈現顯著相關性。
研究結論
本研究結果表明,VR教學模式能夠提升學習的靈活性與效率,並對學生的學習成效產生正向影響。特別是在知識學習方面,VR學習相較於傳統課堂講授能夠帶來更顯著的提升。然而,在自我效能方面,VR教學與傳統教學之間並無顯著差異。此外,技術接受模型的分析顯示,學生對VR學習的感知易用性將影響其感知有用性,但並不直接影響學習成效。儘管VR技術在牙科教育中展現出潛在的優勢,傳統教學方式仍然具有不可取代的重要性,特別是在提供完整的口腔衛生教育時,應考慮將VR學習作為輔助教學工具,而非完全替代傳統教學模式。未來研究可進一步探討不同VR教學設計對學習成果的影響,並評估其在長期學習中的成效與可行性。
