Abstract
本研究為分析藥師提供急性心肌梗塞病人用藥教育之滿意度、並據此發展用藥教育滿意度問卷模式。研究目的包括:(1)藥師服務滿意度與藥品衛教單張滿意度之現況;(2)了解病人不同背景變項,對藥師服務滿意度與藥品衛教單張滿意度之影響差異;(3)最後以結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM),建構因素分析結構之模式;並進行(4)Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (PZB)四構面與顧客滿意度模式。本研究針對臺北市某醫學中心之AMI住院病人進行量測,以敘述統計、因素分析、1-Way MANOVA與結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling, SEM)統計分析。總計發出275份問卷,回收259份(94.19%),有效問卷236份(85.82%),研究結果歸納如下:(1)236位病人中,男性多數(171人,72.5%)、45~54歲多數(87人,36.9%)、大學以上學歷近六成(139人,58.9%)、固定服用慢性病藥物為47%(151人);(2)藥師服務滿意度與藥品衛教單張滿意度現況平均分數各為(4.90 ± 0.242)與(4.81 ± 0.355);(3)身分、性別、年齡及學歷等變項對「藥師服務滿意度」與「藥品衛教單張滿意度」有顯著影響;( 4)經最小平方法
-結構方程模式(Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling, PLS-SEM), 在直交與斜交轉軸分類因素方面,均顯示「衛教工具」、「藥師專業信賴」與「藥師衛教成效」存在顯著正向關係,且「藥師專業信賴」之中介效果得以驗證;(5)PZB四構面與顧客滿意度經PLS-SEM分析顯示「可靠性」、「保證性」、「同理心」三者與「顧客滿意度」有顯著關係。本研究為國內首次建構藥師提供用藥教育滿意度模式,對藥師改進與推動用藥安全有更明確的方針。
