Abstract
背景:醫護人員為醫療照護中最重要的第一線工作人員,醫護人員壓力、疲憊,手機使用不當可能造成手機成癮、無手機恐懼,不僅影響其個人的身心健康,對病人安全或工作績效也可能帶來很大的影響,然相關研究闕如。
目的:探討醫護人員壓力、疲勞、工作績效與手機使用之相關性。
方法:採描述性相關性研究設計,採方便取樣,針對北部某醫學中心之醫護人員為研究對象。研究工具包含基本資料、工作壓力量表、疲勞量表、手機成癮與工作績效等。統計方法以平均值、標準差、百分比等探討各量表得分,並以卡方檢定、獨立樣本T檢定、ANOVA等進行推論性統計分析,最後手機成癮、無手機恐懼之預測因子,則以多元線性迴歸進行分析。
研究結果:共525位受試者參與,以30歲以下(42.67%)居多,女性84.19%,男性15.81%。手機成癮平均得分24.04 ± 19.01分、無手機恐懼平均得分為87.27 ± 25.08分。其中,48.76%出現手機成癮,28.19%出現重度無手機恐懼,壓力(r= .098, p< .05)、疲勞(r= .200, p< .001)與手機成癮呈顯著正相關,壓力(r= .163, p< .001)、疲勞(r= .179, p< .001)與無手機恐懼呈顯著正相關。疲勞、手機使用時間為主要影響手機成癮之重要因素。而班別、科別、手機使用時間與疲勞等為影響無手機恐懼之重要因素。
結論:醫護人員呈現高比例無手機恐懼與手機成癮,壓力與疲勞與手機成癮、無手機恐懼具高相關性,手機使用時間也可能影響工作績效。因此,醫療機構宜多舉辦健康促進活動,以降低醫護人員相關壓力,進而降低不當手機使用。
