Abstract
現代人的生活腳步繁忙,常須面臨較大的壓力,因此造成許多人有睡眠障礙的困擾。若缺乏適當的活動,也是失眠的關鍵因素之一。經過文獻探討,有許多研究都指出日常活動方式與睡眠間有其關聯性。但目前最常見的解決辦法卻是睡前服用助眠或安眠藥物。長期使用的結果下,往往伴隨著用藥風險、成癮性等潛在問題。另一方面,隨著穿戴式裝置流行,讓使用者可以透過運動手環等裝置,即時了解自己的基本健康數據,管理自己的活動型態,達到健康促進的作用。

因此,本研究目的為利用穿戴式裝置,探討亞健康成人日常生活中心率變異率與睡眠品質好壞之關聯性。研究過程預計招募亞健康成人配合接受本研究計畫,以收集試驗之資料作為資料分析來源,研究方法則希望透過整合市面上常見的穿戴式裝置,利用智慧手錶及心率貼片,客觀量測使用者於日常活動時的生理數據變化,並與傳統的身體活動紀錄結合,透過助眠APP的互動式介面紀錄,加上睡眠品質的結果匯集在雲端後,經由機械學習的技術,達到探勘出心率變異率變化與睡眠品質的關聯性的研究結果。
