Abstract
隨著網路發達與資訊大量的產出,如何快速有效的在大量資訊中找到問題的解答已經是非常重要的議題。文獻分群技術日益進步的同時,本研究以科技接受模式(Technology acceptance model, TAM)為基礎,透過引介藥師使用自動分群搜尋引擎這項新科技,採用問卷分析的方法探討藥師在使用時的接受程度,進而了解影響藥師使用自動分群搜尋引擎之相關因素。

本研究針對北部地區執業藥師發出四百七十五份問卷,有效回收問卷一百六十三份,結果發現,藥師個人的電腦自我效能以及對於系統認知有用性兩個因素與使用意願有顯著正相關。藥師的年齡、學歷及使用電腦查詢文獻頻率差異與個人電腦自我效能有顯著相關,並直接或間接影響使用的意願。研究結果亦顯示藥師的認知易用性與使用自動化分群系統服務的意願並無顯著正相關。
