Abstract
社區長者肌少症是一項值得關注的健康議題,仍很少研究提出身體活動與健康飲食之綜合方案改善肌少症風險指標之效益。本研究目的探討智慧穿戴式裝置之目標設定與我的餐盤之營養衛教之綜合方案,改善社區長者身體活動、健康飲食行為、肌少症指標以及肌少症風險之效益。本研究設計為類實驗性研究設計,參與者來自臺北市四個社區據點,將研究對象依據社區據點分為實驗組及控制組。實驗組配戴智慧手錶並設定目標步數,並結合每2週進行1次線上營養衛生教育課程,控制組則維持平常作息不進行介入,介入時間為8週。研究工具包含基本資料問卷、台灣活動量調查之短版問卷、健康飲食行為問卷、電子式握力器、身體組成分析儀。本研究統計方法採描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、相依樣本t檢定、單因子共變數分析進行資料分析。本研究招募實驗組共27位及控制組共31位並完成實驗,研究結果發現實驗組在8週介入後,肌肉力量、身體功能表現、身體活動、健康飲食行為及身體質量指標達顯著成效,且能將多數人由可能肌少症改善至無肌少症狀態;相較於控制組,實驗組的肌少症指標、身體活動、健康飲食行為有較佳的後測分數。本研究針對社區長者使用創新科技行動健康作為介入措施,期望未來將智慧手錶與線上營養衛教方案推廣到高齡族群,進而改善其健康行為與肌少症風險。
