Abstract
隨著智慧型手機和平板電腦的盛行,網路使用者愈來愈多,根據2014年8月網路一項調查,台灣民眾每日手機上網時間平均197分鐘,高居37國首位,可見民眾已將上網視為生活重心。因此行動APP不斷發展成為一個新的科技浪潮,醫療院所也紛紛搶食這塊大餅。
  本研究主要是透過科技接受模式(TAM)探討民眾對醫院就診資訊APP的接受程度。目前雖然也有一些文獻以TAM探討手機APP的接受度,但大多是以遊戲類或社群軟體等APP,且未針對資訊隱私和網路安全多做分析,故本研究加入該變項來探討與科技接受模式的相關性,期能增加民眾使用行為之解釋。
  本研究採問卷調查法,經由網路問卷和紙本問卷發放,共取得345份有效問卷,結果顯示:一、民眾對醫院就診資訊APP之「認知有用性」對「使用態度」、「使用意願」有顯著影響。二、民眾對醫院就診資訊APP之「認知易用性」對「認知有用性」、「使用態度」有顯著影響。三、民眾對醫院就診資訊APP之「資訊隱私顧慮」對「網路安全性」、「使用態度」有顯著影響。四、民眾對醫院就診資訊APP之「網路安全性」對「使用態度」有顯著影響。五、民眾對醫院就診資訊APP之「使用態度」對「使用意願」有顯著影響。
  最後,本研究並提出實務上的管理意涵及未來可研究方向。
