Abstract
本研究的目的是用一類鑽碳(DLC-Cu)之表面塗層塗佈於微創電外科器械應用
於肝臟之熱傷害。電外科之手術器械於現今臨床上最大之問題是於切割時對周
遭所產生過大之熱損傷,因此於微創電外科器械抑制熱損傷是當今最重要之課
題之一。本研究使用掃描電子顯微鏡和透射電子顯微鏡於DLC-Cu 系薄膜之表
面形貌進行觀測,並藉由磁共振成像建立三維肝臟模型,採用電腦輔助法模擬
手術情形。從研究結果發現溫度於奈米結構塗佈之DLC 薄膜電外科器械溫度顯
著降低,並且發現當薄膜增加膜厚度時,溫度將會繼續減少。於動物模型中發
現熱影像顯示該電外科手術時於未經處理的DLC 電外科器械溫度(DLC-Cu-
SS)較未處理之器械溫度明顯低。DLC-Cu-SS 成功於手術時產生一相對小的熱
損傷區域和橫向之熱效應,此結果表明DLC 生物奈米結構塗層減少過大之熱損
傷,並且可是溫度於肝臟手術中呈現較均勻之溫度分佈。
