Abstract
本研究目的是採用3D 電腦輔助分析法觀察心血管支架於血栓部位撐開時之應力
與血管壁所受到之應力,本研究的目的是觀察心血管支架加入氮化鉻(CrN)後
之應力變化,3D 有限元模型採用電腦輔助分析之反向系統構成而成,於應力觀
點觀察此新式奈米複合心血管支架進行生物力學之研究。本研究發現新式CrN 心
血管支架之最大應力發生在網狀結構的交叉點,數據分析表明,相較於位經過表
面處理之心血管支架應力減少大約12%,本結果證實奈米複合膜可提高血管支
架之生物力學特性並有效降低異常之應力集中情形之發生,過大之應力於臨床上
容易引發血管術後再狹窄之機率,本研究的結果顯示此新式CrN 奈米心血管支
架擁有潛力於臨床醫學帶來突破。
