Abstract
本研究目的為探討新型鈦金屬顱骨植入物之生物力學模擬。鈦金屬擁有良好生物相容性已被廣泛運用於醫療植入物,由於鈦的骨融特性,使得鈦金屬植入物最長能在人體內逗留20年,而鈦的楊世係數與人骨較為接近,醫療植入物普遍都是以修補骨骼為目的,鈦一般4%鋁6%鋁4%釩製成合金,然而,鈦合金的剛性仍是骨的兩倍,植入物周邊骨的受力仍是會大幅減少。由於鈦不具鐵磁性,有鈦植入物的病人能安全地接受核磁共振的檢查,本研究也將利用此特性來分析病人在植入鈦金屬植入物後,植入物對於人體活動、骨骼成長的生物力學分析以及外力撞擊,本研究將以頭顱網狀植入物進行有限元素學分析,模擬出手術後1至5年植入物所受的應力變化
