Abstract
研究背景及目的:
國人罹患乳癌的發生率逐年增加。乳癌患者的平均年齡在45-64歲之間,是職場的中堅份子。由於乳癌存活率大幅增加,患者存活之後的工作情形,可能影響個人的工作成就感和心理健康,也可能影響家庭和國家的經濟狀況。在不同都市化的城鎮之間,是否存在不同的影響問題,值得探討。本研究擬定探討在生理、心理、環境和社會等方面,影響乳癌患者工作的可能影響因子,進而擬訂可行的協助措施,以全人照護乳癌患者的重要環節。
研究方法:
以問卷調查和病歷回顧等方法,研究乳癌患者接受手術治療後(術後),回歸工作的情形與障礙。以北部和東部等不同城市化的地區,招募罹患乳癌的術後患者。
研究結果與討論:
研究顯示目前有工作的乳癌患者,回到職場工作後,可以增加經濟收入,並可提升生活品質。因此鼓勵癌症患者回歸職場工作,增加生活品質。
