Abstract
硫酸鈣在骨替代材的應用方面有很好的生物相容性即可吸收性,具有促進骨再生校骨。由於其自硬化時間較短,可以被用來在積層製造的技術,例如三維生物列印。因此硫酸鈣替代骨水泥可以被利用來做成生物墨水,進而使用三維列印技術製成可客製化替代骨生醫器材。本研究在於進行硫酸鈣生物墨水的製備以及探討其作為生醫替代材料的可行性;包括製程過程是否簡單、良好的生物相容性、適當的機械強度。因此將對硫酸鈣生物墨水進行硬化時間研究與基本物化性質分析、從微結構探討與機械性質之相對關係,藉由物化性評估實驗,更進一步評估此生物墨水於臨床試驗上應用的可行性。實驗結果顯示;此硫酸鈣粉末係一具相當潛力之三維列印材料可於生醫之應用。
