Abstract
本研究探討擴增實境(AR)衛教對剖腹產產婦術後恢復的影響,並與傳統衛教方式進行比較。透過隨機臨床試驗(RCT),將受試者分為擴增實境(AR)衛教組與傳統衛教組,評估兩組在術後腸胃道功能恢復(腸蠕音恢復時間、首次排氣與排便時間)、身體恢復(首次下床活動時間、拔除導尿管時間)、術後焦慮(STAI)、術後滿意度(VAS)及術後照護知識掌握(剖腹產術後照護知識問卷)等方面的差異。
研究結果顯示,接受擴增實境(AR)衛教組的產婦在術後腸胃道功能恢復較快,腸蠕音恢復時間與排便時間顯著縮短(p < 0.001)、首次排氣時間顯著縮短(p < 0.05);身體恢復方面,首次下床活動時間與導尿管拔除時間亦顯著較短(p < 0.001)。在心理與認知面向,接受擴增實境(AR)衛教組的產婦,術後滿意度顯著提升(p < 0.001),術後焦慮程度得分顯著降低(p < 0.05)及術後照護知識測驗中得分高於傳統衛教組(p < 0.05)。本研究結果支持擴增實境(AR)應用於剖腹產產婦術前衛教具實質效益,能有效促進術後身心恢復,提升自我照護能力,為臨床衛教介入提供一項具潛力之創新工具。
