Abstract
此研究之目的是 SLAffinity 表面處理過後之型態以及物化分析,並建
構三維生醫模型配合幹細胞療法之骨整合情形分析,本實驗藉由掃描
式電子顯微鏡以及原子力電子顯微鏡觀察SLAffinity 表面型態,人工
牙根手術成功於否的指標之一是檢測最大應力值與其落在的位置,應
力分析模型將藉由臨床電腦斷層掃描影像建構之,臨床三維模型研究
部分,每位病患皆植入SLAffinity 表面處理之人工牙根於下顎後牙區,
總計十一位自願者,其中一位除了接受植牙手術外配合幹細胞療法,
結果指出SLAffinity 之人工牙根可有效降低應力,其應力在加入幹細
胞療法的組別下降的尤其明顯,此表示幹細胞可有效加入骨組織癒合,
此現象說明了SLAffinity 人工牙根與幹細胞療法有潛力促進骨生成最
終達到早期骨整合之目的。
