Abstract
智能障礙是屬於身心障礙的一種,由於先天缺陷造成身體健康危險,也導致患者對於醫療資源過度依賴,進一步影響患者的家庭及照顧者,甚至對整體社會及醫療體系帶來沉重負擔。本研究目的在於追蹤未成年智能障礙患者與常人群集並比較其就診人口百分比與勝算比值之差異。本研究選定兩組由年齡層在未滿10歲未成年孩童組成之樣本,並持續追蹤十年,並自其中挑選腦傷相關合併疾病,包含癲癇、自閉症和腦性麻痺。本研究利用健保資料庫中大量門診資料,並使用Statistical Analysis System (SAS)9.4版統計套裝軟體中Enterprise Guide 6.1版來處理資料和進行分析。以2005年為例,國內未成年智能障礙合併癲癇之就診人口百分比為7.848%,較一般常人之0.444%高出許多,勝算比值方面在合併癲癇、自閉症和腦性麻痺分別為19.091、48.571和22.224,也顯示智能障礙族群在未成年時就已產生高於一般常人之合併症醫療問題。
