Abstract
目的:本研究旨在探討消防員於連續上班日深夜勤務期間所經歷之睡眠中斷,對其疲勞程度之影響,並進一步分析睡眠中斷後之睡眠時數與疲勞恢復能力間之關聯性。研究亦評估不同勤務型態(如救護班、值班、備勤)與勤休制度對睡眠與疲勞變化的潛在影響。方法:本研究採橫斷性設計,以結構式網路問卷調查新北市政府消防局178位外勤消防人員。問卷內容包含睡眠樣態調查(使用緊急服務睡眠日記ESSD)、疲勞測量(採用台灣版簡明疲憊量表BFI-T與職業性疲憊耗竭復原量表OFER)、勤務型態、勤休制度及基本人口學資料等。資料分析採用SPSS 30.0版,並使用無母數分析、變異數分析(ANOVA)、卡方檢定與Kruskal-Wallis檢定等方法進行數據分析。結果:結果顯示,72.5%的消防員在連續勤務期間有睡眠中斷情形,主要因夜間救護與火警勤務。睡眠中斷次數與急性疲勞、慢性疲勞及焦慮程度呈顯著正相關,與班間恢復能力則呈負相關。不同勤務型態在疲勞程度與睡眠品質間亦存在統計差異,顯示勤務安排對睡眠與疲勞狀況具有影響力。結論:消防員夜間頻繁的睡眠中斷會加劇疲勞累積,削弱身心恢復能力,並可能降低勤務期間之警覺性與執行效能。建議未來輪班制度設計應納入夜間勤務中斷因素,並強化勤務後休息安排與人力資源調度,以提升消防人員之健康福祉與勤務品質。
