以服務導向架構建立院際間醫令資料查詢系統之研究

因應醫療環境的快速變動，病人的病歷資料，不僅需要有效整合，醫院間的病歷紀錄也需要互相交換，如此不同醫療機構方能提供病人最適當的治療，亦可避免醫療資源的浪費。
本研究以天主教耕莘醫院體系多院區的醫院間的病歷紀錄交換為系統研究發展之藍圖，以服務導向架構來建立不同院區間醫令資料查詢系統。系統建置及應用環境設定於總院與永和分院，以門診醫令的病人主客觀紀錄與檢驗報告和用藥項目作為病歷資料交換的內容。 希冀此一研究的成果不僅能提供天主教耕莘醫院體系發展多院區間的病歷紀錄交換機制。其系統發展經驗及模式更可提供我國醫療體系建立類似應用系統之參考模式。
To face the rapid change of medical environment, patient data records not only need to be effectively integrated but also need to be interchanged between medical institutes such that the patients can obtain most appropriate treatment and the waste of medical resources can be avoided.
This research aims to take the advantages of service-oriented architecture to build a medical note query system for patient record interchange among multiple medical zones of Catholic Cardinal-Tien Hospital System. The objective of this research aims to build a system with its implementation blueprint for exchanging the data contents of medical notes, diagnostic reports, and drug prescription of outpatient between the main hospital and the Jun –Ho Branch Hospital. It is desired that the outcomes of this research not only can provide a patient record interchange mechanism among multiple medical zones of Catholic Cardinal-Tien Hospital System. The experience and model of this system development can be also used as reference model for building analogous system.
