Abstract
研究目的:
本研究旨在探討全身麻醉患者手術前禁食時間與手術後噁心嘔吐嚴重程度之相關性。
研究方法:
研究採橫斷式相關性設計,於北部某醫學中心收集136位年滿18歲、ASA分級I~III接受全身麻醉之手術病人資料。以簡化術後噁心嘔吐影響程度量表(SPONVIS)評估術後24小時內手術後噁心嘔吐嚴重度,並記錄手術前禁食時間及相關干擾變項。統計以多元複迴歸與邏輯斯迴歸分析手術前禁食時間與手術後噁心嘔吐之相互關聯。
研究結果:
結果顯示,手術前禁食時間以連續變項或以類別變項(禁食時間分為≤12小時與>12小時)均與手術後噁心嘔吐嚴重程度無顯著相關(p=.156; p=.484)。多元迴歸模組中,僅性別(女性)為手術後噁心嘔吐顯著預測因子(p=.006)。
結論:
本研究結果顯示,手術前禁食時間長短可能不是影響全身麻醉患者手術後噁心嘔吐嚴重度之顯著因子,而女性為顯著高風險族群。建議臨床可依循現行禁食指引,並加強女性患者手術後噁心嘔吐預防措施。
