Abstract
隨著水域遊憩活動的興盛,水上安全救生員這個保障安全的職業需要被重視。水上安全救生員雖然與消防員在職業屬性上有許多相似之處,包含長期處於高風險、高壓力的環境、身體素質的要求等,但其身心健康卻常被忽視。本研究欲釐清於不同場域職業的水上安全救生員身心健康與決策行為的差異,並檢驗傷害的提示是否會影響其專業判斷。
本研究透過線上問卷進行收案,於2024年10月至2025年3月共招募297名台灣現職救生員。問卷除人口學資料外,使用PTSD簡易量表(PCL-5)、工作壓力量表、職業倦怠短版量表(BMS-10)、工作參與度量表(UWES-9)對水上安全救生員的身心狀態進行評估,接續由系統隨機將受試者分為實驗組(有傷害提示)與對照組(無傷害提示),呈現6張有傷害或無傷害的圖片。最後進行共16題的醫療與非醫療情境道德兩難題目。資料以卡方檢定、ANOVA、MANCOVA與Pearson相關檢定進行分析。
結果顯示,非專職開放水域的救生員職業倦怠顯著高於專職開放水域救生員(p=.015),且職業倦怠顯著影響著受傷頻率(η²=.018)、PTSD(η²=.299)、工作壓力(η²=.501)及工作參與度(η²=.170)。傷害提示的圖片雖然顯著提高受試者的主觀疼痛感受(M=6.71 vs. 1.39, p<.01),但對醫療或非醫療情境下的決策未產生主要或交互影響(η²=.001),顯示水上安全救生員在決策上具有穩定性。此外,所有受試者在醫療情境中較傾向採取「功利主義」,最大化整體利益。
研究呈現「長期的心理耗損」才是影響水上安全救生員專業判斷與健康的關鍵因素。建議相關單位應重視水上安全救生員的心理健康及職場支持,以降低職業倦怠,提升工作參與度。未來可結合長期追蹤,深入探討身心狀態與行為決策的交互作用。
