Abstract
青光眼是世界上導致永久性失明的最大原因,其主要特徵是神經變性和神經炎症。 另一方面,全身注射藥物的效率受到不同生物障礙的限制,這些限制阻礙了藥物在眼內的分佈與利用。 本研究提出了基於鼻內給藥的治療策略來解決這個問題。 具體來說,pEVs被用來裝載兒茶素(EGCG)製備出EGCG-pEVs,EGCG是一種具神經保護、抗炎和免疫調節活性的物質,。 我們進行EGCG-pEVs 的生化和生物特徵分析得到了相關實驗結果。初步實驗數據顯示,鼻腔施予青光眼動物EGCG-pEVs似乎能夠降低眼內壓力。這種給藥方法是否可以用於EGCG-pEVs的鼻內遞送,將在未來進行全面性測試。 如果可行,它將為眼科治療應用提供巨大潛力。
