Abstract
我國發展電子病歷自民國89年起至今已有10餘年,最初,行政院衛生署以試辦計畫由單一機構逐漸全面性推廣,期間參考及導入國際標準,建立電子病歷交換標準,並提供經費補助,以期加速醫院電子病歷發展。在政府多方面的推動下,國內電子病歷發展已有相當程度的成效,至100年12月31日止,已有150家醫院具有電子病歷互通能力。然而,電子病歷的發展需要永續經營,若能掌握醫院發展電子病歷之關鍵因素,將有助於擬定電子病歷未來發展策略。

本研究除以行政院衛生署電子病歷推動專區之資料進行分析,了解醫院實施電子病歷現況外,另以健保特約共476家醫院為研究對象,利用問卷調查了解醫院在發展電子病歷上之影響因素,問卷回收共105份,有效問卷率為20.6%。
