Abstract
隨著年齡增長,是否有發現自己行動變得遲緩、體力下降,甚至容易跌倒珄民眾常以為是遲暮之年到來,自然老化造成;然而,有些現象並非單純的老化,而是罹患「肌少症」的徵兆。臺北醫學大學部立雙和醫院骨鬆肌少衰弱症中心主任洪家佩醫師指出,根據國際肌少症工作小組(EWGSOP)定義,肌少症是一種因肌肉質量減少及肌力下降所導致的問題,不僅影響行動能力,更可能引發跌倒、骨折,甚至提高死亡風險,帶來的健康挑戰不可輕忽。
