Abstract
國際禽流感疫情日益嚴峻,除了造成家禽產業的經濟損失之外,禽流感病毒跨物種傳播可以感染人類及多種哺乳動物,成為群體健康議題上重要的人畜共通傳染病。禽流感病毒可透過候鳥攜帶進行長距離的傳播並感染留鳥以及家禽,因此鳥類族群生態與周邊之環境因子都可能影響鳥類族群與禽流感疫情的擴散。過去研究多聚焦雁形目與鴴形目兩類候鳥與禽流感病毒擴散的關係,但較少討論禽流感對其他鳥種所造成的外溢風險。本研究目的為整合多樣化的環境參數與公民科學資料庫eBird之鳥種分布資料推估臺灣禽流感發生風險,並探討與禽流感爆發相關之環境因子與鳥種。
本研究蒐集2015-2022年間由聯合國糧食及農業組織所紀錄之臺灣禽流感爆發資料,結合衛星遙測影像所反演之季節性之歸一化植被指數(NDVI)、歸一化水體指數(NDWI)、日間地表溫度、平均地表溫度、夜間地表溫度與降水量以及土地利用型態作為環境資料。同時納入2015-2022年的臺灣eBird鳥類觀察資料來進行分析。首先利用空間統計偵測臺灣禽流感於2015-2022年間的時空聚集,之後利用生態棲位模型進行二階段建模,第一階段先推估臺灣不同目別之鳥類在臺灣本島之生態棲位機率,第二階段再進一步整合鳥種分布機率及環境資料推估禽流感爆發風險。
時空聚集分析顯示禽流感爆發陽性禽場最主要發生在2015年的雲林、高雄及屏東地區。第一階段鳥類生態棲位模型AUC落在0.62-0.92之間,禽流感風險模型表現良好(AUC=0.93),最終模型所列出的前五大重要變數有鶴形目、鴿形目、冬季降水、隼形目和雨燕目,模型推估的風險呈現彰化縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、屏東縣具有較高禽流感發生的環境適合度。本研究發現除了冬季降雨外,鶴形目與鴿形目可能是具有潛在高外風險的鳥種,可作為未來禽流感病毒野鳥監測系統上的重要參考資訊。但在傳播禽流感病毒上這些鳥種所扮演的角色為何,仍需要整合病毒基因序列資訊進行更深入的探討。
