Abstract
本研究在探討幼兒園托育人員的季節性流感疫苗預防接種意願及其影響因素,作為我國流感疫苗接種計畫推動及提升幼兒園工作人員流感疫苗接種率之參考,本研究以健康信念模式為基礎,採橫斷式研究設計,利用問卷進行調查,共發出問卷371份,得到有效問卷325份(有效回收率87.60%)。 研究結果摘述如下:
一、研究對象以已婚、女性、教師、大學畢業者為主,平均年齡36.70歲,平均工作年資9.48年。
二、研究對象的流感相關知識答對率69.85%,季節性流感疫苗預防接種意願偏向「願意」。
三、女性、年齡較長、工作年資久、已婚、有生小孩、知道流感疫苗預防接種建議、曾經接種過及有接種2017年度「季節性流感疫苗」者的知識程度較好。年齡越輕、工作年資越淺、未婚、未生育子女、不知道流感疫苗預防接種建議、不曾經接種過季節性流感疫苗及沒有接種2017年度季節性流感疫苗者,對季節性流感疫苗預防接種行為自覺障礙性越高。年齡越長、已婚、有生育子女、知道流感疫苗預防接種建議、曾經接種過及已接種2017年度「季節性流感疫苗」者,對季節性流感疫苗預防接種行為自覺利益性越高。年齡越長、已婚、有生育子女、知道流感疫苗預防接種建議、曾經接種過及已接種2017年度「季節性流感疫苗」者,感染流感的經驗越多。
四、研究對象之季節性流感疫苗預防接種意願與流感相關知識(r=0.24,p<.001)、流感自覺罹患性(r=0.31,p<.001)、流感自覺嚴重性(r=0.18,p<.01)、季節性流感疫苗預防接種自覺行動利益(r=0.43,p<.001)、感染流感的經驗(r=0.41,p<0.001)、季節性流感疫苗預防接種的自我效能(r=0.60,p<.001),呈現顯著正相關(p<.01~ p<.001)。季節性流感疫苗預防接種自覺行動障礙,呈現顯著負相關(r=-0.31,p<.001)。
五、與研究相關的11的變項可共同解釋季節性流感疫苗預防接種意願總變異量50.4%,其中過去曾經接種過流感疫苗(β=-0.18,p<.01)、季節性流感疫苗預防接種自覺行為障礙(β=-0.12,p<.01)、季節性流感疫苗預防接種自覺行為利益(β=0.21,p<.01)、感染流感的經驗(β=0.11,p<.05)與季節性流感疫苗接種的自我效能(β=0.31,p<.001)有顯著預測力。
根據研究結果建議,對政府單位相關單位宜提高預防接種可近性、精準預測流感流行菌株、主動通知提醒預防接種等建議。
