Abstract
本研究探討如何透過公益行動作為橋樑,促進台日兩國在醫療領域的合作與策略整合,達成互利共贏的長期目標。在人口高齡化、醫療資源不均與跨境健康照護需求日益增長的背景下,公益不僅是社會責任的展現,更可作為推動國際醫療交流與信任建立的有效平台。透過分析過去台日間公益醫療合作案例、相關政策架構與民間參與機制,本研究指出:若能整合雙方醫療專業、科技資源與文化認同,並以公益活動如健康檢查、義診、災後醫療支援等作為切入點,不僅可提升兩國民眾福祉,亦能開啟更多跨國合作機會。研究進一步提出政策建議,包括設立台日醫療公益合作平台、鼓勵醫療人才雙向交流、以及建立共同健康議題的公益合作模型,期望在深化台日友好關係的同時,打造永續的醫療合作生態系。
