Abstract
在醫療服務產業裡,確保病患安全是最重要的工作項目之一。尤其是在輸血的過程中,病患辨識作業若稍有失誤,沒有做好再三確認的工作,可能會造成不可彌補的遺憾。以往醫療院所為了做好病患確認的工作,也採取條碼技術,以手環方式當作病患辨識之用。但是,使用者為「人」,而非物品,再者醫療環境條件不一,條碼很容易受損而無法使用。而RFID以射頻傳輸方式進行識別定位(ID)的無線射頻識別技術,利用其具有識別以及定位之特性,提供直接且連續性的病患和相關衛材之識別、定位、追蹤功能,達到即時且隨時的資訊傳遞。藉由情境感知(context awareness)使物件智慧化、流程自動化的特色,進而提供使用者所需之資訊與服務,以滿足使用者的需求。

RFID能有效運用在醫療院所,尤其在需要大量人力進行資訊的蒐集、輸入、彙整及確認等作業流程上,像是對病人身份的確認、血袋核對、轉診的病歷資料交換等,可大幅降低許多可能產生人為醫療疏失及錯誤的可能性。RFID可以有效協助醫療院所提升醫療品質、降低醫療錯誤,提升醫療院所服務品質。

本研究藉由RFID所具備之sensing 特性並整合monitoring 的機制,將醫院內緊急必要的物資做妥善管理,以血袋在醫院內病房樓層流通的過程為例,從血袋申領、血袋庫存管理、備血、血袋領用、輸血、血袋退回等流程,完整引導醫院內系統資源整合,從程序管理、識別查核與實際應用等方面,全方位的評估規劃,融合既有資訊系統架構,能有效地應用於醫院組織中,降低管理成本提升資訊系統加值縮短事件反應時間。
