Abstract
本研究以膠原蛋白溶液,添加靈芝蛋白粉末,再調配不同濃度之甲基纖維素/幾丁聚醣作為樣品的基材,製作生物支架作為研究之樣品,其利用冷凍乾燥技術為成型之方式,於添加的材料中含膠原蛋白、靈芝蛋白等原料,這一類材料具有修復組織、刺激受傷部位之白血球的生成,達到提早清除外來細菌,促進傷口癒合效果等效用。預了解其生物支架之材料特性,本研究規劃體外試驗:如細胞毒性試驗、血液凝血性試驗;而動物性試驗:包含皮膚刺激試驗、皮膚過敏試驗、熱原試驗等。期望達到具有細胞活性、無毒性等之良好的生醫材料。由各項試驗研究顯示;樣品對MG-63 與NIH3T3 細胞株並無細胞毒性反應,血液凝血性試驗發現;血小板可易貼附於樣品表面且血液與樣品表面接觸10 分後開始有凝血現象,可促進血液之凝結,於動物模式驗結果發現,樣品不會有為刺激物或過敏原產生,也未含有致熱原性之因子,為良好之生醫用支架/複合材。
