Abstract
蝴蝶蘭是世界上重要的觀賞植物之一,因其美麗的花朵而聞名。在德國,日本,荷蘭,台灣和美國的生產皆顯著增加。光及溫度是對植物生長影響非常重要的因素,在植物生長和繁殖過程中給予調節的作用。
在此次研究中,利用液相層析串聯質譜技術 ( LC-MS ) 與統計分析方法 ( PCA , OPLS-DA ) 相結合,探索在不同環境生長下蝴蝶蘭的代謝物變化。實驗分為兩個部分,第一部份是使用七種不同的光源種植,探討光源對蝴蝶蘭代謝物的影響。第二部分是使用不同的溫度及光度種植,探討溫度及光度對蝴蝶蘭生長期間代謝物變化的影響。根據研究數據顯示,分子量132.052,154.040,224.037,273.267,311.909,342.118,365.214,375.23,421.757,565.419,678.503,827.568,904.671,1017.758有顯著的改變,這表明在不同環境生長下蝴蝶蘭的代謝產物會有所差異。不同的環境策略可能適用於蝴蝶蘭的種植,並且加強商業化生產蝴蝶蘭。另外,蝴蝶蘭對於乙醯膽鹼酯酶有不錯的抑制效果,期望未來能找出有效成分作為藥物或者保健食品的開發。
