Abstract
近年來殘障者的健康促進議題愈來愈受到重視,但相關的臨床研究仍相當有限。本實驗為一個先驅
實驗,主要探討一個短期的健康促進計劃對於肥胖(或過重)的小兒麻痺病患,是否能改善其身體組成和
生活品質。本實驗之設計為三個月健康促進計劃介入的前後比較及為期一年的追蹤。
本研究共收集31名受試者(11 名男性,20名女性,平均體重64.3±9.7kg,BMI 27.4±4.0 kg/m2)參與
這項健康促進計劃。參與者根據他們的行動功能狀態被分為三組:第一組(可獨立行走,n=6);第二組(需
助行器輔助,n=14);第三組(依賴輪椅,n=11)。研究發現第二組與第三組的體重與BMI 在所有追蹤期
中明顯減少(p<0.05);第三個月時發現低密度脂蛋白在第二及第三組均明顯下降(p<0.05);然而,在生活
品質調查方面則無顯著的改善。三組之間的比較分析顯示在所有的測量項目中都無法顯出三組之間的差
異。結論:本健康促進計畫對過重不同行動能力的小兒麻痺患者而言,可有效減少體重,尤其對行動能
力較差的病患,短期內可降低其低密度脂蛋白。至於血糖值、肝功能指數及生活品質評估則無明顯變化。
