Abstract
網路時代的興起,能夠更迅速的搜尋到各種健康相關資訊,然而不正確的飲食營養知識,可能導致食物選擇判斷的錯誤,產生肥胖或增加其他合併症的風險。先前研究指出臺灣公立小學學童對於每天飲食需要量的知識瞭解不足,但目前尚未有研究針對臺灣私立小學的健康飲食識能相關研究,故本研究目的為探討私立小學學童之健康飲食識能(Health Diet Literacy, HDL)和健康識能(Health Literacy, HL)與健康狀態行為的相關性,並與公立小學相比較。
以健康飲食型態網路媒體識能問卷,調查臺北市某私立國小學童,回收有效問卷為370份(共有501名學童作填寫,排除不願意參加和任一題目沒有作答,總體回覆率為73.85%)。以平均值、標準差、百分比呈現描述性統計,使用independent sample t test、One-way ANOVA、Chi square test、多元線性迴歸和二元邏輯式回歸進行推論性統計分析。研究結果得出私立小學:一、女學童、年齡愈高和學期成績愈高,HL愈高。二、男學童和10歲學童,HDL愈高。三、HDL和HL愈好,學童自認健康狀態愈好、運動頻率愈高。四、HDL和HL相互影響。另外,私立與公立小學學童的 HDL和HL愈好,皆自認健康狀態愈好、運動頻率愈高。故提高學童HDL和HL以辨別網路媒體訊息的準確性,進一步改善他們的健康食物選擇和健康結果。
