Abstract
本研究,利用兔子模型評估表面處理過後的鈦植體的早期細胞響應和骨癒合情形。研究中所使用的BIODENTA植體(BST)表面型態利用掃描式顯微鏡觀察;血液相容性測試則使用血液浸泡與滴定實驗測試。再者,生物力學特性評估則使用電腦輔助三圍模型進行模擬。在動物實驗裡,分別將一隻未經表面處理與一隻經BST表面處理的植體植入兔子的鬆質骨內,共使用12隻兔子。結果顯示,表面處理明顯影響骨後癒合的情形。12周時,經BST表面處理的植體具有較高的骨頭與質體接觸面積,顯示將BST表面處理的質體可以增進骨癒合程度。
