Abstract
當接受血管氣球擴張術之後,再狹窄是一種常見且普遍的併發症,主要特徵是血管平滑肌細胞(VSMCs)的異常增生和遷移使得血管壁增厚。目前,大多數臨床使用的血管支架藥物通常具有非選擇性細胞毒性效應,嚴重影響血管內皮細胞(VECs)的癒合過程,並引起更強烈的發炎相關反應,最終導致後期的慢性炎症。為了減緩與非選擇性細胞毒性治療相關的不良影響,一個具有潛在性的替代方案在於使用多功能胜肽(MFP)。MFP的一個值得關注的原型是血紅素結合蛋白的Hp1-1表現型。已經證實Hp1-1對M2巨噬細胞具有最高的親和力,相較於M1巨噬細胞,M2巨噬細胞更傾向於引發抗炎反應。實驗結果顯示,MFP顯著減少血管內膜形成,同時抑制發炎性標誌物的表達。此外,它還可以通過抑制巨噬細胞表達來調節免疫反應。此外,在高葡萄糖條件下,MFP具有增強內皮細胞癒合和促進管形成的能力。此外,MFP表現出顯著的抗氧化特性,可以減少丙二醛形成。
