Abstract
隨著網際網路使用普及,有越來越多網路使用者出現網路成癮的問題,且伴隨身心相關不適症狀如疲倦、工作家庭衝突、睡眠不佳及工作容易分心、判斷能力下降等,因此,本研究目的旨在分析網路使用行為及網路成癮與其工作生活品質、睡眠品質、健康狀況及醫療疏失之關係。
本研究為橫斷性相關性研究設計,利用網路成癮量表(CIAS)、工作家庭衝突量表(WFC)、中文版匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(PSQI)、華人健康量表(CHQ-12)及自擬醫療疏失問卷作為研究工具,調查台灣北區某醫學中心之護理人員。資料以描述性統計及單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)、卡方檢定(Chi-square test)進行分析。
本研究共發送700份問卷,回收有效問卷575份,問卷有效回收率為82.14%。研究結果顯示護理人員最常使用智慧型手機進行網際網路瀏覽,且多數在20:01~00:00期間上網,每日平均的上網時數為4.22小時(SD = 2.66),上網目的以「溝通/通訊」為主。
本研究發現有14.3%護理人員屬於網路成癮者(Mean = 75.93,SD = 8.16),有9.0%為網路成癮高危險群(Mean = 65.42,SD = 1.18)。本研究亦發現網路成癮與否與平均花在上網時數呈正相關(χ2 = 23.59, p = 0.000),且網路成癮之護理人員比網路成癮高危險群及非網路成癮者有較高的工作家庭衝突(F = 19.10,p <.001)。另外,本研究也發現高達71.3%之護理人員有睡眠品質不良(Mean = 9.23,SD = 2.73),且整體護理人員睡眠品質平均總分為7.68分(SD = 3.43),但是網路成癮傾向程度與睡眠品質無統計學上之顯著相關(F = 2.93,p <.054)。
網路成癮之護理人員比網路成癮高危險群及非網路成癮護理人員有自覺整體健康狀況較差(F = 9.05,p <.001)。研究也發現主要班別為大夜班之護理人員有較高比例為網路成癮者(χ2 = 9.63,p =.047)。另外,不同網路傾向程度護理人員在「刺割傷經驗」(F = 4.16,p =.125)及「給藥異常經驗」(F = 4.45,p =.108)無統計學上之顯著相關。本研究結果將可為管理者參考,改善護理人員網路成癮比率,降低護理人員工作家庭衝突及提升其健康狀態。
