Abstract
異位性皮膚炎是兒童常見之慢性反覆發炎的疾病,主要引起患童抓癢及睡眠困擾,也影響患童母親的睡眠品質,主要照顧者的研究指出不良的睡眠品質會危害身心健康並影響照護能力,且疾病越嚴重,影響可能會越大。然而目前尚未有異位性皮膚炎患童母親的睡眠品質及生活品質之相關探討,因此引發研究之動機。
本研究採橫斷式描述相關性之研究設計,以方便取樣方式選取40位2-6歲異位性皮膚炎患童母親及40位以兒童年齡及性別配對的健康組母親。研究工具是以異位性皮膚炎嚴重度量表(SCORAD Index)評估患童疾病嚴重程度、中文版匹茲堡睡眠量表(CPSQI)評估母親之睡眠品質、生活品質評估量表(SF-36)測量母親生活品質,研究結果是以t檢定及皮爾森相關性檢定推論性統計之分析。
研究結果如下:(1)異位性皮膚炎患童母親在整體的睡眠品質顯著的比健康兒童母親較差;(2)異位性皮膚炎患童母親的整體心理構面及整體生理構面的生活品質顯著的低於健康兒童母親;(3)整體睡眠品質可以解釋24.1%之「整體生理構面」的生活品質,和患童疾病嚴重度一起共同解釋43.4%「整體生理構面」的生活品質;此外,整體睡眠品質可以解釋15.3%之「整體心理構面」的生活品質,和患童疾病嚴重度一起共同解釋32.2%之「整體心理構面」的生活品質。
本研究結果發現睡眠品質同時影響患童母親生理及心理健康相關之生活品質,而且患童母親的生活品質也受患童疾病嚴重度影響,因此建議藉由緩解患童的疾病和改善母親的睡眠品質可以進一步提升其生活品質。
