Abstract
護理資訊發展至今約十年,護理資訊系統於內外科及其相關科別漸蓬勃發展,但其相關系統或標準無法適用於精神專科之獨特性護理,因此,國內僅少許精神科專科醫院使用精神專科護理資訊系統,要在無經費與無相關文獻下建構系統即為一大困難事。
因此,本研究延續2009年何桂芳依NANDA-NOC-NIC標準所建置之護理過程知識基礎決策支援系統為架構,以完成建置一護理過程系統為首要目標,以護理實習生為主要系統操作對象,經由決策支援系統介入提供護理實習生擬定護理診斷,彌補其於臨床經驗及學理上的不足;另將李克特氏五分量表(Likert scale)應用於護理措施評值及護理成果評值,而每日之護理措施評值可呈現一記錄圖,以圖形為主文字為輔,完整記錄整個護理照護過程。
本研究發現,以護理實習生作為研究對象,相較於臨床人員更能適切的反應決策支援系統對於常用的護理診斷的敏感度及特異度,在決策支援系統的介入下,敏感度大幅提升,也能夠更精確的給予病人正確的護理診斷。
