Abstract
微生物生態的相關研究可以更清楚地幫助科學家了解環境的改變,越來越多的研究將Metatranscriptomics利用於食品,自然生態,以及人類或動物腸道上等環境進行分析。本研究建立了一個Metatranscriptomics整合分析平台,使科學家能夠更迅速方便地進行微生物生態相關分析。
本研究主要是整合Hadoop與序列分析工具,再利用整合後的系統將NGS所產生的序列與全物種資料庫進行比對,得到屬於細菌的序列,將細菌序列與Silva核糖體資料庫比對來區分成核糖體RNA以及非核糖體RNA兩種序列,核糖體RNA的部分做物種分類分析,用於研究環境中改變幅度較大的細菌。非核糖體RNA則進行功能分析,試圖找出這些類群與環境的關係。最後用VM之方式建立虛擬系統整合包來達到簡單安裝的目的。
