Abstract
在這項研究中,聚焦於籃球運動員的罰球動作的自動化偵測及輔助訓練流程。其中使用卡內基梅隆大學(CMU)在2017年CVPR發表的姿態辨識技術,識別運動員的骨骼坐標和圖像,進而將骨骼數據生成到文件中。藉由分析這些數據,可以精確預測罰球的結果,並找出影響罰球結果的身體動作和時間點。提出了一種基於Transformer的方法以實現精確的罰球預測,並可以在評估方法上以85%的F1分數實現顯著的性能。此外,我使用了一種可解釋性的神經網絡架構,它可以輸出罰球預測和解釋骨骼關節的坐標和當前幀與結果相關性最高的時間點,對於籃球運動的輔助方法上,可以實現自動化的分析。
