Abstract
目的:
儘管運動經常被推廣為具有情緒促進效益的介入方式,但支持此主張的神經科學證據仍然有限且零散,特別是在神經影像研究領域。在各種心理結果之中,情緒雖具有重要的概念意義,但在神經層次上相對缺乏系統性的關注與研究。
方法:
為彌補此一研究缺口,本研究採用活化可能性估計(Activation Likelihood Estimation, ALE)統合分析,整合既有神經影像研究證據,以釐清運動可能促進情緒調節的神經基礎。
結果:
研究結果顯示,運動介入與右側尾狀核頭部及右側中枕回的一致性活化相關,這些腦區可能參與正向情緒經驗的提升。此外,亦在右側海馬旁回、左側扣帶回及右側楔前葉發現額外的活化叢集,可能有助於負向情緒的降低。次群組分析顯示,神經活化模式會隨運動形式、強度、受試者年齡及健康狀況而有所差異,顯示在不同情境下可能招募部分不同的腦網絡。
結論:
整體而言,本研究結果支持運動作為一種促進情緒健康之非藥物介入策略的潛力,並強調未來仍需進一步研究,以更清楚釐清其潛在的神經機制。
