Abstract
現今,諸多臨床上需要注射式以及生物活性自硬性材料的發展,由於這些材料在常溫下可自行硬化,並具有高度的生物相容性,並具有引導骨組織往內生長的能力,使得骨組織沿著高生物相容性的表面遷移,因此可被當成骨填充材使用。此研究以磷酸鈣型骨水泥為研究樣本,控制其製備的酸鹼度,藉由光學顯微鏡(OM)、掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)、穿透式電子顯微鏡(TEM)、能量散佈分析儀(EDS)、拉曼光譜分析儀等分析,分別針對此一新型生醫磷酸鈣骨水泥材(CPC)的酸鹼度與顯微結構進行相關性研究分析,藉以研究探討此骨水泥材的酸鹼度(pH)對微結構改變之關係,了解依不同比例成分的CPC 與不同pH 溶液混合,其材料的微結構相變化過程情形、建立骨水泥顯微結構與pH 值之關係圖。實驗結果顯示;樣品經不同pH 值固化後呈現出多晶的晶體結構。此外,較高的pH 值可表現出相對較高的緻密結構。然而較高的pH 值則有助於提高材料之固化速度。
