Abstract
One part of chromosome from somewhere move to another place called ‘chromosome translocation’. This condition will cause chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), Burkitt's lymphoma (BL), clear cell sarcoma of the kidney (CCSK) or other diseases possibly. This study was based on UCSC BLAT and constructed a web-based analysis platform for chromosome translocation. It used UCSC BLAT to blast sequence rapidly and employed recombination and analysis to find the information of chromosome translocation at single organism or cross-species including human, mouse and rat organisms. Finally, the test using different chromosome sequences between single organism and cross-species are performed. The test results shown this system indeed found the conditions of chromosome translocation at single organism or cross-species.
