Abstract
76歲的施姓婦人退休後常登山、運動、跳舞以維持健康。但近期開始出現稍微活動就喘、頭暈等症狀,嚴重時連爬樓梯都相當吃力,走兩、三階就得停下來大口喘氣。在家人陪同下前往雙和醫院心臟內科林中行醫師門診就醫,檢查後發現為年齡造成竇房結功能退化的病竇症候群,需盡快安排心臟節律器植入手術,以避免突發昏迷或猝死。考量施女士平時熱愛運動,醫療團隊評估後採用心導管微創方式植入右心房無導線心臟節律器,手術約1小時完成,術後3天即順利出院,日前回診一切正常,成功重拾生活品質。
