Abstract
臨床進行電外科手術時對周遭組織之熱傷害以及沾黏問題將會影響傷口之癒合。
本研究的目的將比較三種不同奈米表面處理技術應用於微創電外科儀器,觀察於
臨床手術時之熱傷害。本研究將採用掃描電子顯微鏡和透射電子顯微鏡於三種奈
米薄膜之表面進行形貌之觀察。並藉由核磁共振影像建立三維肝臟模型模擬電切
手術之過程,將比較未處理的不銹鋼(SS)以及三種不同表面處理之電燒手術器
械。數據顯示使用電外科用奈米結構DLC 薄膜之電燒器械時溫度顯著降低,並
且溫度將隨著膜厚度增加而減少。結果顯示未經處理的器械溫度較表面處理電燒
刀溫度高。此外,奈米表面處理電燒刀也造成相對一個較小的熱損傷區域。這些
結果顯示奈米薄膜可減少過度熱損傷,並且在肝臟中均勻分佈的溫度。
