Abstract
(Serial Analysis of Gene Expression,
SAGE(Serial Analysis of Gene Expression) is a
technique analyzing a series of tags from the cDNA for
its gene expression. Application of such technology,
biologists can analyze the relative gene expression of
many samples in silico. To date, some visible platforms
only offer the simple comparison without cross-libraries
evaluation. Therefore, we propose a simple and
convenient tool for these complex analyses among
different kinds of libraries. This platform retrieves the
databases from NCBI SAGEmap and provides the
multi-groups comparison of gene expression relatively in
the output of visualization platform. Therefore, this
platform provides a useful tool for biologists’ concern on
gene expression in various SAGE libraries.
